William J. Adler | Jess Finerman | Dan McCue | Larry Oehlert | Juan Osvaldo Adamicska | Barb Romcek | James W. Spurlock

William J. Adler is a leader in Special Projects Management, Instructional Design and Development, Team Building, Corporate Communications and Outreach and Client Relations. Before coming to Red Tape Limited, he served as a Relationship Specialist for Charles Schwab & Company, where he created the highly successful "Give Me Five" program to expand knowledge of its client database for investment advisors and administrators and a client service representative for Universal Pensions (a 401k provider). There he developed and defined skill sets and database tools for client services representatives. He was an Insurance Agent for New York Life Insurance Company where he was a multi-million dollar producer. Along the way, he significantly contributed to upgrading company products and client understanding. Bill has been recognized as the Greater Phoenix Life Underwriters' Agent of the Year and served as President of Phoenix Chartered Life Underwriters (1987) and as Treasurer of the Arizona Association of Life Underwriters. He has also served as a weekly insurance columnist for the Arizona Republic, taught numerous business courses at Phoenix College, created and produced a video pilot entitled "Sharing Its Future with You" for New York Life Insurance Company and developed and delivered numerous nationwide presentations and speeches on creative solutions to complex business problems.

Bill has earned degrees from Arizona State University (Business) and Bryn Mawr. He has also served as President of the Banner Health Systems Board, Chairman of the City of Scottsdale's Board of Adjustment, a member of Paradise Valley's Planning and Zoning Committee and Vice Chair of the National Association of Life Underwriters Education Committee.

Jess Finerman is a professional financial manager, certified public accountant and mediator with thirty years experience in increasingly responsible positions in business providing advice on investments, estate structuring, political accountability, business restructuring and life planning. Jess has been an Arizona resident since 1961 and has lived in the Phoenix Metro Area since 1964. As a CPA, he served as Managing Partner for Finerman & Associates for 20 years prior to joining Red Tape Limited.

Mr. Finerman's experience includes being a registered representative for Bache & Co for 12 years and teaching real estate courses sanctioned by the State Real Estate Commission. He has also been licensed to sell real estate and life insurance and has held a securities license. These licenses were canceled when he became a CPA. He is currently a member of the International Federation of Coaches and has provided financial coaching and mentoring services to area executives for the past 12 years.

Jess has been active in the community, serving at the appointment of the Speaker of the Arizona House on the committee that restructured the Arizona State Retirement System in 1999. From 1992-1995, he served on the Arizona Lottery Commission and he currently is member of that Commission's Retail Marketing Committee. He has served as Treasurer and Board member for the nonprofit organization, Mothers Against Gangs. He currently works with non-profits to assist them in installing 401K programs since they recently became eligible to have them. He has also served as President of the Thomas J. Pappas Foundation and Treasurer for Temple Beth Israel as well as for the Praying Monk Kiwanis Club.

Dan McCue "To me, the most fascinating aspect of communication is that it is interdisciplinary. Everyone - from doctors to drugstore clerks - benefits when they are able to communicate effectively." Daniel McCue discovered the power of communication in college, where he saw how effective, strategic communication helped non-profit organizations achieve their fundraising goals.

Today, he continues to help these organizations by giving guidance to their development programs. Daniel specializes in annual giving programs, stewardship and donor recognition, special programs, fundraisers, and grant writing. He focuses on building and cultivating relationships with donors by listening to them.
A 1999 graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan, Daniel is writing his thesis for his Master's in Communication at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has worked with his alma mater, CLASS! Publications, Candlelighters, the Southern Nevada Musical Arts Society, the Liberace Museum, and the Las Vegas Natural History Museum.

Larry Oehlert has managed organizations in a senior capacity for over 25 years. Prior to becoming an Associate, he served as founder and principal in Tectonics International, Inc. , Larry held positions as President, PACE, Inc.; Executive Vice President, Central Management Corporation; and, Vice President of International ACI, Inc.

Larry has provided organizational development and management consulting services to companies for over 15 years. He has served such diverse clients as Phoenix Transit, Capitol Metro Transit of Austin, Texas; Tri-County Transit, Livermore, Ca; the Texas Transit Association; Nissan Corporation; Summa Corporation; American and Continental Airlines; the U.S. Customs Service, Federal Express; Sino-Trans, Hong Kong; Air Couriers International, London; and the Arizona and Texas Departments of Transportation.

A belief in the practical alignment of an organization was the basis for his development of the Corporate Management University intervention. This intervention of 62 modules is designed to provide a commonality of values, philosophy and concepts through an organization. He is also author of such courses as The Ethics Inventory; Ethics & Values; Conflict Resolution Through Leadership; Strategic Planning and Vision; 21st Century Management; Managing Change; Measurement and Goal Setting; Win-Win Human Relations: The Key to Effective Leadership; and, Rewarding Employees: Programs for the 21st Century. He has co-authored an Organizational Alignment Model that demonstrates the linkages required for the creation of an aligned organization and the highly regarded manual: High Intensity Results Teams.

Larry is a Covey-certified facilitator, a Registered OD Profession with the Organization Development Institute and an Associate Faculty Member of Central Arizona College. He holds a BS degree in psychology from Kansas State University and has done graduate work in that discipline. He is currently a member of the American Society for Quality, American Management Association, Arizona Society for Quality, The Arizona Employers' Council, Arizona Industrial Relations Association and serves on the Phi Kappa Tau Board of Governors.

Juan Osvaldo Adamicska has more than 25 years owning and operating his own textile manufacturing plant and supervising staff and operations in the plant as well as serving as a financial consultant for Capital International and as South American Sales Manager for electronic quality control equipment firm. He speaks five languages fluently and is capable of teaching and translating (English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian). Juan also has a degree in Industrial Engineering and certifications in human relations, NASD Series #7 and training.

Barb Romcek affiliated with Red Tape Limited in 2000 and is responsible for coordinating office operations, report production and graphic design. She brings five years of increasingly responsible management and marketing experience with Mercy Care and Kinko's Copy Centers as well as 5 years of non-profit sector management to the clients with whom she works. She conducted all of the interviews associated with the City of Phoenix Recycling Contract and the Pinal County Hotel Market Study in 1999. Barb graduated in May from UNLV with a degree in Graphic Arts and Communications and has managed fund raising events for the organization. Barb is competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access as well as web technology because she updates the company's four web pages and publishes the company's quarterly newsletter.

James W. Spurlock has been a public affairs specialist all of his adult life, serving as Director of Law & Government Affairs for At&T (1993-2001) . . . a Special Assistant to the Federal Communications Commission (1990-1993) . . . as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Treasury and as Director of Congressional & Public Affairs for the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior to that he was Director for Corporate Public Affairs for At&T and USWest for the fourteen western states. Jim is currently completing his Ph.D. in American History at George Washington University and works with Red Tape Limited on technology issues and public affairs requiring an ongoing Washington D.C. presence.
